i had a fabulous dinner.
mum cooked cai xin, hasbrowns and some daogei..
most imptly, ZHU DU DANG!!!
in english is sea cucumber pig's stomach soup
sounds similar? yea. its e soup tat is mention in e chinese tb
ITS MY FAV SOUP LORRR
+ lots of lots of pepper!!! WOOSH~

theres e sea cucumber, pig stomach, mushrooms and bagu (meat bone)
i dun eat sea cucumber.
nevertheless, NO WAY IMA GONA EAT E PIG STOMACH - -
TYZ 'S THEORY: NV EAT ANITHING TAT IS TOO THINGY.
eg. chicken , too chickeny.

ITS OMGOMG FCKING NICE.
i bu xiao xin swallow e small part w/o biting =/

big arm,thick shoulder
possible reasons:
- always carry heavy things
- carry bag too long
- always bend. nv stand straight
- overweight
ways to improve:
- prevent from carrying things too long
- head up, stand straight
- practise good postures
- massage ur muscle

small tummy
possible reasons same as above
ways to improve:
- always raise ur head, stand straight, keep tummy in
- dun sit too long
- excerise

wide butts, thick thights
possible reasons:
- sit/stand too long
- nv exercise
- overweight
- like to eat floury foods
ways to improve:
- dun sit too long w/o moving
- control diet, prevent overweight
- always exercise
- practise gd postures

thick small legs, leg's shape not nice
possible reasons:
- sit/stand too long
- walking posture wrong
- shen jing xun huan bu liang
- always like to eat heavied-tasted foods
ways to improve:
- try not to sit/stand too long
- practise good walking posture
- scretch ur leg everynight to improve blood circulation
- massage ur muscle
