MERRY XMAS!!!our family celebrated it at my house, its family customs anw. other than my mum's cooks, we also ordered pizza and sushi. lots to eat! right, we eat lunch then i rot around with no place to sit and feel awkward by standing at the same spot for dk what while the adults talk. its rather boring because you have nothing to do, you can't possibily get into your room, closed the door like theres no guests. i think thats rude. after that we had the christmas log cake followed by dinner then they leave.
i received some presents. a wallet from my second uncle family, a kapo item (looks like a scarf but it isnt, dont know whats the use of it lol) from my second aunt and a shiseido lipstick from my small aunt! i loved the lipstick, though i would prefer the MAQuillAGE series. lol. & i forgot to mention the other time. she brought me a super cute stitch bag from her trip to japan. i liked it very much but i doubt if i want to bring it out. later ppl eeek me how?! uh hem uh hem LOL.
i also received a D&G bag from my big aunt. shocked when i saw it. i mean, how generous. btw, she always thought it was my birthday celebration. she only gave me. besides these presents, i had money too!! haha, these are more practical people. received 140 bucks in total from grandma, big uncle and 4th aunt. i had 30 bucks more than bro because my 4th aunt also thought it was my birthday so she gave me extra. hahaha. forever like that.
festive seasons or special days are just like another day. its only special when everybody are together and share the special moments. they are no nobody, they are your loved ones and those whom you cared for. if not for them, it wouldnt have been meaningful. still, expecting too much isnt good. i have been fortunate.
